Ian Singer MA MSW RSW

Ian is an associate in private practice at the Centre for MindBody health where he provides individual psychotherapy and couples counselling using Emotion Focused Therapy and facilitates psychoeducational groups in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. Ian began training in Insight-oriented mindfulness meditation (Vipassana) in India and Nepal in 1992. He is an Instructor in the University of Toronto’s Applied Mindfulness Meditation Certificate Program where he teaches Mindfulness of Feelings.
